How to use liquefied gas forklift reasonably?
1. First, familiarize yourself with the relevant manuals of the
liquefied gas forklift and have a comprehensive understanding of the liquefied gas conversion system. During the use of the forklift, do not park the forklift near heat or fire sources, such as open flames and burning cigarette butts. , Mars, electric welding, machines and electrical equipment that can produce high temperatures. Do not adjust or modify the liquefied gas conversion device without authorization; perform regular maintenance and inspections on schedule; stay alert and handle any leaks or abnormalities immediately.
2. Achieve reasonable start-up: If dual-fuel uses liquefied gas, you should confirm whether the manual valve on the cylinder is fully open before working. When the forklift is idle for a long time, its manual valve should be closed. There is no need to step on the accelerator when starting. The dual-fuel system must turn the switch to the liquefied gas position. After starting, especially in cold weather areas, it is best to warm the car for two to three minutes to allow the cooling water system of the internal combustion engine to heat up before driving to ensure that Warm water can flow into the vaporizer to speed up vaporization.
3. Pay attention to the fuel switching method (no need to consider for single-fuel forklifts): For dual-fuel forklifts, the switching should be done when the forklift is stationary and cannot be switched while driving. When switching from gasoline to liquefied gas, let the internal combustion engine continue to run at idle speed. At this time, you can turn the switch to the neutral position and let the gasoline accumulated in the carburetor burn out until the flame is turned off. Then turn the fuel switch to the liquefied gas position. ,Restart. When switching from liquefied gas to gasoline, you can directly turn the switch to the gasoline position without stopping it in the neutral position. At this time, pay attention to pulling out the cable. When the dual-fuel system mainly burns liquefied gas, it is necessary to keep the gasoline tank At least 1/4 of the oil is needed for emergencies. And you need to burn gasoline occasionally to ensure that the gasoline system does not malfunction due to being idle for too long and to prevent the oil pipeline from becoming embrittled. It is recommended to burn 10 kilograms of gasoline every month.
4. Fill the air correctly: There are two ways to fill the air, one is to change the bottle; the other is to inflate directly on the
forklift. When refilling or changing bottles, you must be outdoors to ensure good ventilation, and safety must comply with local fire standards. The forklift must be stopped, turned off, and the driver must leave the driver's seat. Fireworks, heat sources and fire sources are strictly prohibited around. Handle cylinders carefully and do not bump, drop, or roll them on the ground. Gas refueling personnel must monitor the entire process and are not allowed to leave the site. When inflating, put the air filling gun on the filling valve on the bottle and tighten it. At the same time, unscrew 80% of the liquid level hole on the bottle and start filling. When white mist emerges from the 80% liquid level hole, stop adding gas immediately, tightly close the 80% liquid level hole, and check whether the liquid level meter indicates the correct amount.
